How It Works
Your Chalet purchases earn points towards Reward Certificates. One dollar equals one point. At the end of each 6 month period of January 1 through June 30, and then July 1 through December 31, you'll automatically receive Reward Certificates through the mail to spend at Chalet.
250 - 499 = $ 10 Reward Certificate
500 - 999 = $ 25 Reward Certificate
1000-1999 = $ 50 Reward Certificate
2000-4999 = $100 Reward Certificate
5000-9999 = $200 Reward Certificate
10,000+ = $250 Reward Certificate
Please Read the Rules
* Your privacy is respected: we will not sell, rent or provide your information to anyone at any time.
* Reward Certificates are EARNED for every dollar spent in a 6 month period (January 1 to June 30, and then July 1 to December 31) on regularly priced landscape or retail products, and start at $250 in total purchases in the 6 month period.
* Rewards are not earned for:
* Unpaid invoices or invoices not paid by payment due date
* Labor, delivery, subcontractor work, debris removal, replacement plants or holiday lighting
* Sale merchandise and/or merchandise purchased with any other offer, coupon or discount
* Purchases using Reward Certificates or Chalet Gift Certificates as methods of payment
* Reward Certificates are REDEEMABLE for any retail or landscape products purchased 3 calendar months after the Reward Certificate issue date.
* Reward Certificates will be mailed to you twice a year, shortly after July 1 and shortly after January 1, the 6 month accumulation periods.
* This is a permission-based or "opt-in" only program. You must sign up to participate. Sorry, but we cannot post-date purchases prior to signup.
* Returned items will show on your account as adjusted (deducted) points.
* Chalet reserves the right to change or rescind the Chalet Valet Rewards program at any time.
* Reward Certifciates are non transferable and not redeemable for cash. We are sorry but we cannot re-issue lost or stolen certificates - no exceptions, please.
*Chalet Valet Reward points are updated weekly.
